Cooking Frenzy!

The weather here has been shocking, so I have done not much other than bake over the last few days. I think school snacks/lunches are taken care of for a while!

In the last 3 days I have cooked

around 50 apple & cinnamon muffins
around 30 choc chip muffins
120 odd cookies
1 date loaf
& about 30 bacon & cheese scrolls.

The trick is getting them all in to the freezer before they get eaten! The biscuits I just store loose in a container in the freezer, they are easy to grab out when needed. The scrolls and muffins get wrapped individually, so too with the cake after it has been sliced. Easy to grab a scroll, baked treat and fruit for lunch boxes each night 🙂
