Wheat Bags
My dear sister and her family have just embarked on an adventure to a new town…well okay, not so much a town as to spot in the middle of nowhere..lol. The packing started a while ago, just as it started getting cold…however the electric blankets had been packed away. She asked me if I could make her some wheat bags for the kids beds.
I was about to take a trip to Adelaide to see them & everyone else, so decided to make them and take them with me. I left the filling to my sister, I just made the bags, complete with covers!
I made the inserts out of calico, and the covers out of fabric I had in the stash.
Here they are…The little one is for the freezer to be used as an ice pack.
Just the covers..
